CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is very important to us and we understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary. Respectfully, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time are considered no-show. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and the cancellation policy will apply. Deposits If a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment this will be applied toward your final balance. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and new deposit will be required for scheduling.
